Our two sets of pontoons are in East Loch Tarbert, one at the heart of the Village of Tarbert in front of the distillery and the other at the Isle of Scalpay’s North Harbour adjacent to the fisheries pier.

Our pontoons provide a combined total of up to 48 berths, with 20 visitor berths across the two sites. There are also 3 fore and aft visitor moorings. Berthing fees include electricity, water, toilets and showers and good Wi-Fi. The ‘Third Night Free’ offer is still on for the 2019 season.

Tarbert has the excellent Hotel Hebrides with bar and restaurant and the Harris Hotel with the Tigh mo Sheanair pub. There are grocery shops, bank, post office and butcher as well as the Isle of Harris Distillery with in house cafe and the Harris Tweed emporium next door.

Scalpay is a quieter option but has stunning walks; is a short stop off the Minch with good access to the Shiant Isles. There are pop up events at the community centre and the North Harbour Bistro has award winning seafood. If you want to cook aboard then Scalpay Shellfish is the number to call with shellfish straight off the boat.
